- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪“What a wonderful example of outstanding customer service and patient care!” I have never been a fan of dentists and after my last experience at a previous dentist I was very nervous at the thought of having any treatment, filled me with dread as I am not a good patient. After several phone calls to several dentists in the area I was given an appointment the next day. I was greeted by Dona who is extremely welcoming and put me at ease straight away. She also happily chatted to me whilst I was waiting which was not for very long as with all my appointments I was seen straight away. Dr Mohamed was brilliant even down to the injection which did not hurt and this for me is the most terrifying part of going to dentists. I am now delighted with my gleaming pain free teeth. I just wish I had this type of service twenty years ago then I would not have neglected my teeth so much. I have now booked an appointment for a check up in 6 months time which is something I have never done in the past.
