- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Good dental surgery - had several different dentists at this practice who I've been with for many years and they've all been good, Only complaint would be that sometimes you have to wait a long time for the phone to be answered ! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪terrible customer service from the reception. Rude and useless act pretending to be a dentist. Apart from the useless receptionist (denying emergencies on the grounds she woke up with a hangover from the heavy drinking in the local pub last night), the dentist did not tell me i had an infection and i kept visiting them with pain and they were charging me money and taking my teeth out. I went to a new dentist who gave me pills for the infection and the pain was gone in 24 hours. I have raised an official complaint with the relevant authorities.
